Valentine's Day Series...Day 2!!

At our local Kroger...not sure if they run the same special at all of them...Wednesdays are
$5 Sushi!! So, we love to, when Danny gets home from work, run to Kroger...pick out some crunchy sushi roll...go grab a Venti Starbucks drink...then just hang out in their little cafe area.
This date costs us around $15.
It is the best time to just get some one on one time with each other.
We jabber on and on...
or maybe it's just me, and Danny zones off hoping I'll finish up soon??
Seriously, though, it is a good time for us to check in & get caught up on
what the other has been up to.
This particular time, we had some things we needed to pick up from Kroger before heading back home. So we goofed off a little while doing our shopping.
As we were walking through the store, a couple of interesting things caught our eye. Like these bunnies who are absolutely performing some sort of ancient ritual...
Or this jack rabbit who is begging someone to paint him like one of their french girls...
We were giggling & laughing at every corner as we walked about the store arm in arm together! It was SO much fun!!
Which goes to show you. If you end up at Kroger...or WalMart...or Target for your "date night"...it is all good!! Just enjoying your time together is THE most important thing to focus on for married couples!
Date nights do NOT have the break the bank! They do NOT have to be all fancy & uppity. Go somewhere where you both can be laid back & comfortable. Relaxed and able to just appreciate your time together. Somewhere it wouldn't be a huge deal if you end up laughing a little too loud at your Husband's humor!!
