Hello, All!!!
Time to do a little more work on our Operation: Clean Slate!!

This time we are going to work on our facebook pages. The following are ONLY suggestions!! Find the ones that will work for you...do those & leave the rest.
These are in NO particular order.
1. Go thru your friends list. If there are any accounts on there that you do not recognize them, delete them!! Ones that have the "generic profile pic", if you click on it, it will let you know if it is an account that has been deactivated...delete them!!
2. As you are scrolling thru your newsfeed, you have the choice to "hide" pictures, videos, gifs, etc...and the option to "see less of this". You will see "..." up in the right hand corner of that post. Click on the dots, and a drop down menu will appear. Chose the "Hide post" option. You also have the option to "hide all posts from..." who or whatever posted it in the first place.
3. Have a friend who you don't like seeing the majority of the stuff they post...but you don't really want to delete them?? You can simply "unfollow" them. You can click on those same dots in the upper right hand corner of their post, then click, "Unfollow...". You can also go to their profile page and you will see a button near the top with the option to "unfollow". They will NOT be notified that you have done this. You will still have access to their profile...you just would need to actually go TO their profile to catch up on what they have been posting...but it will keep what they do post off of YOUR newsfeed.
4. Want to see more from the groups & pages you are interested in?? Go searching for them!! LIKE them, check out the "suggested" ones that are similar, if you enjoy those, LIKE those, too!! Be sure to leave a "like" on their posts once in a while, so fb knows you are enjoying those groups...if not, you start to see less & less of them!!
For me, I like to see motivational pictures & quotes...so I have joined & "liked" the pages that post these sorts of things pretty much daily. So my news feed is filled with inspiring words & the happenings of those who I am most interested in seeing!!
With less friends that you are following, you won't be scrolling FOREVER to find out what everyone is doing!! So you will save yourself some time!!
I suggest making this almost an "ongoing" project for yourself. I think it would be REALLY overwhelming to try and do ALL of this in one sitting!!
Look at us clearing things out & making room for so many great things to come!!
Brightest Blessings,
Jenn
